Customer satisfaction a must for Gambling companies

Gambling customers will recommend a gambling brand based on good customer experience than companies in the retail, mobile, banking and travel sectors.Only 47% of consumers would support a gambling brand, compared with a high of 73% for retailers, and 64% for mobile phone brands, the second lowest score.

People who gamble obviously want the best odds, but more important, they are looking for a user-friendly website, professional customer service and quick resolution of problems. Those are key areas where customers feel the need for improvement.One of the best exponents of maintaining a loyal gambler is to ensure that at all times they are satisfied.
Online Gambling  is the most used channel with 44% betting using a desktop computer, mobile or tablet, and only 26% heading to the local bookies.There is a growth in the use of tablets and mobile phones for gaming. This means of betting is becoming popular as one could be playing anywhere and at anytime.

On the subject of closing accounts, 33% of respondents said they had opened a betting account and stopped using it. The main reasons they gave had to do with some practical issues which brands could certainly work on.
